The following is your "Registration Form".  Once we receive your reservation, we will email you a confirmation with directions to our location in Herndon.  If you do not receive the Confirmation email within 24 hours, please call us to confirm our receipt of your reservation. However, if you sign up for a class late Friday or over the weekend, your confirmation letter will be sent at the beginning of the work week.

LAWSON TEC POLICY FOR CANCELLATION

Because we take a limited number of people in a class, the following policy has been put into place to insure that people show up.

If necessary, please cancel your spot at least 24 hours prior to the class.  We understand that occasionally, extenuating circumstances prevent us from attending a class. However, as long as you cancel BEFORE the class starts, you won't be charged. 
We allow one cancellation per student without penalty, as long as the class is canceled before the class starts.  A second cancellation will result in a penalty fee of $25.00.

*  As long as you cancel before the class starts, you will not be charged for the course.

*  If you are late to the class, as long as you call before the class starts, you will not be charged.  However, you will need to reschedule because we don't allow late comers to attend the class once the class has started.

*  If you are late because you've gotten lost, please call before the class starts so that we don't charge you.  You can reschedule the class without penalty.

*  If you do not show up, do not cancel, arrive after the class has started, you will be charged for the class. 

*  If you reschedule within two months of your missed class, your cost will be $35.00.
FEES FOR THESE COURSES DO NOT REPRESENT INCOME TO THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION.
 
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:

Lawson TEC follows Fairfax County Schools’ inclement weather policy.  If the schools are closed, the CPR class will be canceled and rescheduled.  If schools are open 1-2 hours late, the class will still start at 10:00 am.  For Saturday classes, if there is a question about the weather, participants will need to call 703-796-9222 and listen for a message regarding cancellations. Messages will be recorded by 7:30 am on Saturday.  If there is no message, then be prepared to attend the class.  Remember to cancel your spot if you are not going to come
